- How long does it take to receive my order?
We ship in-stock orders within 1-5 business days of receiving the order. You can contact us via email to find out the expected date of shipping.
- What about backordered items?
We ship backordered items separately when available. We pick up all additional shipping charges for the second shipment, you don't pay extra.
What if I'm not sure what's appropriate to give as a gift for a child? Do you offer recommendations?
We do, yes! Little Red Robin is run by a Montessori educator, trained in all aspects of development of the young child. We know what items are appropriate for each age group and are happy to make suggestions or answer any questions you may have. Simply drop us an email and we will get right back to you!
- Do you have a retail store?
No, we no longer have our store located in historic Galena, Illinois.
Do you have a paper catalog?
We are currently working on our 2007 catalog, and will have it available as a free download from our site as soon as it is ready.
